30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason within 30 days of your enrollment date, we will issue a full refund of your service fee. No lengthy explanations required.

What the Guarantee Covers

The 30-day money-back guarantee covers the first monthly service fee paid. If you enroll and are unsatisfied with our service quality — for any reason — within 30 calendar days of your enrollment date, you are eligible for a full refund of that first payment.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@getrxcheap.com within 30 days of your enrollment date. Include your name and the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

The guarantee covers dissatisfaction with our service — not the outcome of manufacturer program applications. Manufacturer approval decisions are outside our control. A denial from a manufacturer program does not, by itself, qualify for a refund under the guarantee (though you remain eligible if the denial occurs within 30 days and you are unsatisfied with our service).

Refunds After 30 Days

After the 30-day guarantee period, service fees are non-refundable for months already billed. You may cancel future charges at any time by contacting support@getrxcheap.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@getrxcheap.com within 60 days of the charge. We will review the issue and resolve any billing errors promptly.
